What do I need to do the online courses?
A desire to work hard and succeed in reaching your health goals.
A computer with a high speed internet connection.
Adobe Reader, Acrobat, or some other kind of PDF reader.
Adobe Flash Player or some other video viewer.
What can I expect after I register for the course?
After payment is received you will receive a payment notification email, and an email with your log in info. Be sure to keep this in a safe place because you will need it to access the content online in the dashboard. The Dashboard is where all the content and videos are housed for the course.
Some courses you get access to everything at one time so you can go through the content at your own pace. Other programs release content every few days or weeks to keep you on pace over a longer period of time.
Once you pay for your course head to your Dashboard and start reading the content there.
Can I enroll in more than one course at a time?
If you signed up for the Ultimate Masterclass you will have access to all our courses in your Dashboard. Otherwise, you can only do one course at a time.
What benefits will I receive from doing the course?
Depending on what course you are in you will learn how to cook vegan meals, how to live healthy and specific exercise routines that can fit into your busy life. You will improve your health and will receive the information and support you need to continue benefiting throughout your lifetime.
Results may vary. Always consult your doctor before beginning a new course.
Everyone will experience different things, but you may possibly see these things overtime eating a plant-based diet:

* prevention and reversal of disease

* better and stable mood
Do I need doctor supervision to participate in your courses?
If you have a history of medical problems, please consult your doctor before participating in any program or course that requires changes to diet and lifestyle. We are not liable for any health conditions you had before or may experience during the program.
Should I change/stop my medication while during this course?
Please consult your doctor regarding medications. I am not a doctor so I can not advise you but discuss your progress throughout the program with your doctor to see if your medication can be reduced or eliminated.
Will the program help to lower my cholesterol and cure my heart, diabetes and other health conditions?
My courses are designed to help you feel healthier, as well as adapt a healthier lifestyle. There is no guarantee that it will do any of the above, however taking part in my courses should improve your overall health and well-being. If you continue to eat a healthy, plant-based diet and use what you learn in the program you may in fact be able to do all of the above. It’s been known to happen!
Will I lose weight with your course?
If you are following the meal plan and not eating unhealthy foods while exercising regularly, you could possibly lose weight. There are no guarantees. I highly recommend you take your measurements before and after the program. Many factors contribute to the number on the scale so do not get discouraged if your weight fluctuates during the program.
Many people lose weight even after the first week of the program.
Is there a minimum or maximum age for participation?
If you are over the age of 18 you are eligible to complete these courses. It’s never too late to reboot your health! If you are under 18 years of age you must get your parents or guardian’s permission.
If I feel I am not benefiting from the program will I receive a refund or will my enrollment fee be prorated?
No refunds will be given as that is the case with digital products of all nature. If you sign up for one month and can’t do the program or need more time to access the materials just let me know and I will give you another month. Please see the “Refund Policy” section on the Terms and Conditions page for more information.
What support will I be given after the program is over?
I’m available for private coaching if you need support after your course is over.

Am I able to share the program with friends and/or family members?
I have worked hard to create this program for a specific purpose and I make sure each individual gets proper attention to benefit from the program. The program is proprietary information (see Term and Conditions) so no sharing with anyone is allowed, however we gladly accept referrals. If you know someone that would benefit from this program please share the website with them, but not any of the material in the password protected section of the website. If cost is an issue for them please email me to discuss scholarship possibilities.
