Since I went vegan in 2002, my passion has always been about health and wellness. Right after going vegan I went to a natural foods culinary school and learned how to nourish my body and mind. I started my business right out of culinary school and became a vegan chef and cooking instructor, which lead to having a cookbook published and doing speaking engagements all over the world. I became obsessed with fitness in 2011 and now I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, TRX Suspension Trainer, 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and SPINNING instructor!
I think the key to optimal health is a combo of vegan food, healthy mindset, and moving your body. My business includes things like healthy cooking classes, lectures and cooking demos at events, private instruction in people’s homes, consulting and corporate team building, personalized fitness programs and personal training and online education through my courses. I bring vegan food and fitness to you in a fun and tasty way with my online courses. This gives me an opportunity to help more people across the globe with vegan cooking. It brings me so much joy to be able to help transform people's lives with my courses.
